Born and raised in Sonoma County's West County communities and now a proud Windsor resident, Cari has spent her life immersed in the culture, neighborhoods, and hidden gems that make this region so special. Growing up in a family passionate about interior design and home décor gave her an early appreciation for architecture, design, and the unique character every home has to offer.

Since beginning her real estate career in 2004, Cari has successfully guided hundreds of clients through every stage of the buying and selling process. Her experience spans first-time homebuyers, luxury estates, investment properties, probate and trust sales, renovation purchases, REO properties, and complex transactions requiring strategic guidance and skilled negotiation.

Before earning her broker's license in 2009 and founding Leisure Living Realty, Cari spent nearly five years with a prestigious Tiburon-based brokerage and developer, gaining valuable experience in luxury real estate, development, property management, and new construction. In 2023, she joined W Real Estate as a Broker Associate, combining her boutique-level service with one of Northern California's most respected real estate brands.

Today, the majority of Cari's business comes from referrals and repeat clients—a reflection of the lasting relationships she builds and the trust she has earned throughout her career. Her clients appreciate her honest communication, attention to detail, innovative marketing strategies, and unwavering commitment to making every transaction as seamless and successful as possible.
